What is the NG Nutra subscription program?

NG Nutra's product subscription program is designed to make staying on top of your health and wellness effortless and affordable. When you sign up, you'll receive an exclusive 10% discount on your favorite products, with your subscription conveniently renewing on a monthly basis. This ensures you always have the supplements you need without the hassle of reordering. With the flexibility to manage, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time, NG Nutra makes it easy to prioritize your health on your terms.

Is there a discount for subscribing?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a 10% discount on all products included in your subscription.

How do I sign up for a subscription?

You can sign up for the subscription program by selecting the "Subscribe for 10% off" option on the product page. You can also subscribe from the cart by selecting the "10% off..." option and clicking the "Update cart" button.

Can I modify my subscription?

Yes! You can easily adjust the products, flavors, quantities, and delivery schedule through your account at any time. The self-service options are available on the wordpress-1185424-4166506.cloudwaysapps.com website and many of the self-service options are available on the NG Nutra app.

To access the self-service dashboard on the wordpress-1185424-4166506.cloudwaysapps.com website, log in and goto the MY ACCOUNT page and select the Subscriptions tab.  From the View Subscription page you can perform Actions including renewal options, cancel, change payment and edit details.  You can also change the next payment date (renewal date) via the Change Next Payment Date input box, and add products to your subscription via the Add Product input.  The Add Product has auto-complete feature so just start typing the name of the product you would like to add, and you'll be presented a list of the matching items.  Select the item and click the Add button to include the item in the next renewal.

Use the Edit Details action button to change the flavor of an item for the next renewal.  You can also change the quantity, frequency of renewal, shipping method, next payment date, and the shipping/billing addresses.

For the NG Nutra app, the self-service options are available under Account->Subscriptions.

How do I change the next renewal date?

To change the next renewal date, log in and goto the MY ACCOUNT page and select the Subscriptions tab.  From the View Subscription page, select the date field in the box labeled Change Next Payment Date.  Once you click in the date box, a calendar will pop-up allowing you to select a future renewal date.  Click on the date you'd like the subscription to renew next time, and then click the Go button to save.  Now your subscription will renew on the date you selected!

When will my subscription renew?

Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis from the date of your initial order. You’ll receive a reminder email before your next order is processed.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your self-service dashboard with no penalties.

Will I be notified before my subscription renews?

Yes, you’ll receive an email notification before each renewal, giving you the chance to make any changes if needed.

How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method via the self-service dashboard under MY ACCOUNT, Subscriptions, View button, and Change Payment button in the Actions tab.

The update payment feature is not yet available via the NG Nutra app (coming soon).  

How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address via the self-service dashboard under MY ACCOUNT, Subscriptions, View button, and Edit Details button in the Actions tab.

On the NG Nutra app, you can update the shipping address by navigating to Account -> Subscriptions.  Then select the subscription, scroll to Shipping Address section and click Edit.

What if a product in my subscription is out of stock?

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and work with you to find the best solution, whether it’s a substitution or adjusting the delivery date.

Is there a minimum commitment for the subscription?

No, there’s no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any fees or penalties.

Can I combine subscriptions with other promotions or discounts?

You can use a coupon for the initial order, but it will not apply on renewal orders.  However, you'll receive 10% off on all renewals.

Can I skip a renewal?

Yes!  To skip a renewal, simply navigate to the MY ACCOUNT, Subscriptions, select View and then click Skip next renewal button.  Your renewal will skip a month and resume the following month.

Can I renew early and reset subsequent renewal dates?

Yes!  To renew early and reset your renewal date, simply navigate to the MY ACCOUNT, Subscriptions, select View and then click Renew now, reschedule from today button.  Your next renewal date will occur 1 month from this day and each month going forward the renewal will occur on this day of the month.

Can I renew early but keep the same renewal date?

For sure!  To renew early but keep your renewal date, simply navigate to the MY ACCOUNT, Subscriptions, select View and then click Renew now, keep schedule button.  

For example, if your subscription renews on the 15th of the month, but you use the Renew now, keep schedule feature on the 1st of the month, your subscription won't renew until the next month on the 15th.

What happened to the Renew Now feature?

The Renew now is a legacy feature and is no longer available.  Please use the Renew now, keep schedule or Renew now, reschedule from today options as they replace Renew now.
